The brass nozzles with PTFE coating are an optimized version of the normal brass nozzles. The Teflon coating brings the following advantages:
- Plastic does not stick to the nozzle
- no deposits in the nozzle that lead to blockages
- Better sliding of the plastic melt through the nozzle opening
- low feed forces required
- fast color changes
